Privacy policy

We collect no more data than is needed to handle your order properly.

This policy is not final yet: the company details, the data processing agreements and the contact details of the data controller will be added before the store opens. Have this document legally reviewed before going live. The Dutch version prevails.

Which data we process

Name, email address, delivery and billing address and phone number
Order details and payment status
Confirmation that you are 18 or older
Technical data about your visit, such as browser type and IP address

Why we use that data

To process and deliver your order, to comply with the legal duty regarding the sale of alcohol to minors, to answer your questions and to improve the store.

Payments and store platform

Our store runs on Shopify. Order and payment data are processed there, together with the payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

Sharing with others

We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order: the store platform, the payment provider and the delivery partner. We never sell your data.

Retention period

We keep order and invoice data for as long as the statutory retention obligation requires. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Please contact us to do so. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

We use functional cookies to remember your cart and your age confirmation. Analytical or marketing cookies are only used after explicit consent.
