How it works

Hopwaarts supplies beer, wine and spirits exclusively to verified businesses. We hold no stock ourselves; your order goes straight from the source to your business.

   Apply for an account

   Apply for a business account with your company details, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number.

   We check

   We review every application personally. Wholesale prices only become visible after approval.

   Order by the case or pallet

   You order in the correct unit, with the minimum quantity per product. Before paying you see the price, VAT, shipping costs and any split shipments.

   Pay Hopwaarts

   You pay Hopwaarts online and receive the order confirmation and invoice from us.

   Delivery from the source

   We order from the producer or logistics partner, who delivers directly to your business.

Does a product say “Request a quote”? Then the price, shipping costs or delivery have not been confirmed yet. We will not charge anything until everything is settled.

A translated website does not mean we deliver to every country. You can only order for a delivery country where prices, shipping, VAT and delivery have been set up.
