Shipping & returns

We do not promise delivery times we cannot keep.

This page is not final yet. Delivery partner, rates and delivery times will only be published once the fulfilment partner and the age verification procedure have been confirmed. Until then, this site makes no delivery promise. The Dutch version prevails.

Delivery

We deliver within the Netherlands. Once the delivery partner is final, we will list the shipping costs, the free shipping threshold and the expected delivery time per order here.

Age check at the door

Alcohol is only delivered to persons aged 18 and over. On delivery, the courier asks for valid identification. If age cannot be established, the parcel will not be handed over. A confirmation in the web store is not enough: the check always also takes place on delivery.

Not at home

Because an age check is mandatory, a parcel containing alcohol cannot be left with neighbours or in a parcel locker. The exact redelivery procedure will follow once the delivery partner is known.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened and undamaged. For food safety reasons, we cannot take back opened bottles or cans.

Damage or a wrong product

Is something broken or is the delivery incorrect? Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the shipment. We will sort it out, without hassle.
